Abstract: 

In this paper, we investigate rotation-invariant Hilbert modules H over the polynomial ring in several complex variables and their quotients, with primary emphasis on the classification of subnormal quotient modules of the form H/[p], where p is a homogeneous polynomial in d complex variables. The motivation for this classification arises from the case in which the subnormality of the quotient by [z_1-z_2] is equivalent to that of the module tensor product rotation-invariant Hilbert modules, a problem first considered by N. Salinas.
