Hilights of the Programme:

  • To empower teachers to train the students aspiring to appear for Mathematical Olympiad

  • Trainers are teachers experienced in training students of Math Olympiad at all levels

  • Explore the skills of problem solving

  • Participants gain the confidence in training mathematically talented students

  • Exposure to a wide range of study material of varying difficulty levels

  • Developing the teaching skills useful for teaching various other mathematics competitions at school/college levels

  • Date of Commencement: Friday, 30th July 2021

  • Total 30 hours spread over 10 weeks ( Every Tuesday, Friday )

  • Eligibility: Graduation with mathematics as one of the subjects

  • Timing: 6.00 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.

  • Fee: Rs. 3000/- (Three thousand)

Topics to be Covered:

  1. Algebra: Polynomials, Inequalities

  2. Geometry: Euclidean Geometry of two dimensions including properties of triangle, circle and geometric transformations

  3. Combinatorics: Basic counting principles, permutations, combinations, inclusion-exclusion principle, recurrence relations and generating functions

  4. Number Theory: Divisibility, congruence, arithmetic functions
