    6. The rates for the hotels given above are the special rates for the conference and there is a facility of paying the charges on arrival to the hotel, but booking in advance is necessary. You may go to the hotel directly by taking a pre-paid taxi.
    If you want the hotel/travel Agent to pick you up from the air port the charges for the same will be Rs. 450.
    Note that if you want to stay at a hotel other than the above at Delhi then this arrangement will have to be done by you.
