Important instructions:

  • Participants are informed that only train fare by AC III class and bus fare in government buses can be reimbursed.
  • Mattress, pillow, bedsheet, pillow cover, bucket and mug will be provided in the hostel room.
  • Male participants should report to Hostel 6 Hall manager for the room keys.
  • Female participants should report to Hostel 10 Hall Manager for the room keys.
  • Bring notebooks, pens for taking notes. These will not be provided.
  • Breakfast and dinner in arranged in respective hostel. people arriving late may visit Gulmohar restaurent near Van Vihar Guest House for meals.
  • Lunch is arranged in Gulmohar restaurent.
  • Registration time: 9 am-9.20am in Room number 103 Mathematics Department.
  • If you are not able to register during the above time, contact Mr. Viswas in Room 103.
