The selected participants are requested to confirm their participation at the earliest via mail to bhaskara_p at vsnl dot com
The participants will be given III-AC return train fare from their place of work.
Local Hospitality will be provided.
The participants may bring with them books on topics to be discussed in AFS-2.
The selected participants are requested to inform about their arrival and departure details by email/post.
Accommodation of all confirmed participants has been arranged in BP Guest house or near by hostel, security person at BP will be having list of accommodations.
The participants are requested to come directly to Bhaskaracharya Pratishthana. Please bring invitation letter/e-mail of AFS-2 along with you. Please carry your Identity card.
In case of some emergency, can call Mr. Susheel Joshi, administrative officer at BP (Mobile of him 09850 824506) if required.
