  1. The selected participants are requested to confirm their participation at the earliest via mail to bhaskara_p at vsnl dot com
  2. The participants will be given III-AC return train fare from their place of work.
  3. The selected participants are requested to inform about their arrival and departure details by email/post.
  4. Accommodation of ALL confirmed participants has been arranged in BP Guest house or flat(s) nearby. The participants are requested to come directly to Bhaskaracharya Pratishthana. The security person will have list of places of accommodation. The participants are requested to bring I-card and copy of invitation letter (sent by e-mail). They can contact Mr. Susheel Joshi, administrative officer at BP (Mobile of him 9850 824506) if required.

  8. In Pune, in the month of July temperature is expected to range between 20oC and 32oC. It is a rainy season. There will be showers from time to time. Participants may bring an umbrella.
  9. Dinner on 1st July has been arranged at Pratishthana.
